Preparing to go to Camp Allyn

Pictured are children, parents, and organizers getting ready to go to Camp Allyn.

On June 22, 1957, ten disabled children were given the opportunity to attend Camp Allyn, via the Easter Seals.

The ten children included, Dan Self, Richard Watson, Virgil Brooks, Ellis Brooks, Judy Self, Michael Marsee, Patsy Johnson, Wilena Lee Marsee, Carroll Lanter, and Richard Floyd.

Miss Frances Hubbard, nurse, and Briggs Lawson, Easter Seal chairman, were also involved in this event.
