Dr. B. F. Shields

Governor A. B. Chandler, far left, was on hand when Dr. B. F. Shields was
honored on the occasion of his birthday. Dr. Shields also served in Kentucky’s House of
Representatives in 1952-53, and in the State Senate 1954-57. Others pictured include, left to right,
