
First Assembly Presbyterian Church
The First Assembly Presbyterian Church, located on the southwest corner of 9th and Main Streets, was dedicated on Dec. 17, 1871. The property and lot on which the church was constructed was sold to J. M. Wakefield at public auction for $2650 in 1909. The building to the west of the church was the manse.
