
Coca-Cola vehicle in Fourth of July parade (1922)
Picture of unidentified ex-World War I Shelby County soldier with a Coca-Cola vehicle. This vehicle served as a “float” in Shelbyville’s 1922 Fourth of July parade. The Shelbyville Coca-Cola plant hired ex-World War I Shelby County soldiers to deliver the soft drink after the war.
