About The Events
The Louisville Orchestra is coming to the Shelby County Fairgrounds! In Harmony is the Commonwealth Tour of the Louisville Orchestra and the Shelby County Historical Society will be among other organizations represented with a table and kids crafts on June 27th from 6 – 8 pm before the concert begins at 8:30 pm. Family activities, food trucks and ensemble performances of Patriotic favorites.

The Louisville Orchestra is bringing the In Harmony Tour to the Shelby County Fairgrounds for a lively evening of music on the racetrack at the Show Ring and Pavilion. This free outdoor event transforms the fairgrounds into a gathering place for the whole community, with family activities, ensemble performances, food trucks, and a full orchestral concert under the summer sky. Audiences are invited to arrive early to explore the fairgrounds, enjoy food from local vendors, and hear smaller ensemble performances before the main concert begins. As the evening unfolds, the full orchestra takes the stage with a program built around familiar melodies, patriotic favorites, and beloved classics that audiences of all ages will recognize.
