From left to right in the upper row are Sam Newton, George Mahuron, Charles Jennings, W. C. Buckman, Robert McDowell, Robert Sleadd, County Attorney Edwin Davis, and Commonwealth&#8217;s Attorney Charles Sanford; seated, lower row, are John Fawkes, James Price, James Wright, Mr. Green, Mr. Crawford, and John E.
